I’ve stayed at this hotel before and really like the location, but this visit had a few hiccups. Ahead of arrival, I emailed to request double beds for both rooms, and while they responded, the tone felt a little off. Upon check-in, there was confusion with the room allocations — I was supposed to have a deluxe room, and my mother a superior room (different categories), but the receptionist insisted the sizes were “basically the same” and then gave my mother my room, complete with a welcome note in my name, and twin beds. I had to swap keys, and when I pointed out the mix-up, they moved me to a different floor to get the double bed I’d requested. Interestingly, the “deluxe” room on the fourth floor was noticeably smaller than the deluxe on the third floor, which I’d stayed in before. Both my mother and I also noticed an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the vents That said, the hotel is still very nice overall, and the location is excellent. Just be aware of potential room allocation issues and floor size differences if you book a deluxe category.

Cute little boutique hotel off of Champs Elysees. Walkable to everywhere basically. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Staff was friendly, hotel has an elevator. Room was perfect (for European standard), hotel decor was very modern and Tres Chic! We were greeted with a welcome card and delicious macaroons(Very personalized), and at check in all of our luggage was brought up to our room! Excellent! Bonus: We received a room upgrade upon arrival!

Personalised handwritten welcome notes. Peaceful and cosy, with bright spacious rooms (a pleasant surprise, as many upmarket hotels in Paris charge you for the location and don't make the room feel warm and welcoming). A truly considered experience, made better by the wonderful staff at reception- offering help, support and a smile at every point of my stay. LOVED IT. Will be recommending to family and friends.

The staff are very friendly and helpful,, the location perfect, (there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping near by),, my booking was for 6 nights but suddenly I faced a private issue i and don’t continue the staying so i talked to them then they are so kind that they understood my situation and they refunded my money for 2 nights ,, I really appreciated their action

What you would expect from a boutique hotel. Modern, warm and welcoming staff. Main drawback was room size. Very small. We were traveling through Europe for 12 days and could not fit the two of us and our suitcases. We were there for two night so we managed. If you you’re there for a short stay or don’t have a lot of items you’ll enjoy the Nuage. Camille at the front desk was an amazing help!!!

Lobby and the breakfast area was very nicely decorated- modern. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent with lot of bars and cute restaurants on the same street. We had such a nice evening at bar/restaurant ‘24 Le’ just few door away! The room was nice size (small) but well decorated with nice bed and quality sheets and linens. Abdullah at the desk was new but very sweet and helpful.

the location was amazing to all tourist sites !!!! walkable to see everything very clean and front desk help did all reservations and knew everything !!! don't pass on this place

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the location was perfect—close to everything we needed—and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris.
