Peaceful and cosy, with bright spacious rooms (a pleasant surprise, as many upmarket hotels in Paris charge you for the location and don't make the room feel warm and welcoming). A truly considered experience, made better by the wonderful staff at reception- offering help, support and a smile at every point of my stay. LOVED IT. Will be recommending to family and friends.

The staff are very friendly and helpful,, the location perfect, (there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping near by),, my booking was for 6 nights but suddenly I faced a private issue i and don’t continue the staying so i talked to them then they are so kind that they understood my situation and they refunded my money for 2 nights ,, I really appreciated their action

Lobby and the breakfast area was very nicely decorated- modern. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent with lot of bars and cute restaurants on the same street. We had such a nice evening at bar/restaurant ‘24 Le’ just few door away! The room was nice size (small) but well decorated with nice bed and quality sheets and linens. Abdullah at the desk was new but very sweet and helpful.

The hotel is minutes away from Champs Elysees. Walking to popular locations was convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The macarons and tote bag in the room were a beautiful touch.

Our Room wasn't the biggest, but boy our Hotel was the one with biggest Heart in Paris❤️😊❤️ My birthday surprise was one of a kind and not one 5-star luxury hotel we were before did what you guys did. Thank you so so much! I will never forget it ! And to be honest after we unpacked everything and had 1 day to adapt the small room size was not an issue anymore. We were on the streets the whole day anyway😊🇫🇷
