Nuage

The staff are very friendly and helpful,, the location perfect, (there are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and shopping near by),, my booking was for 6 nights but suddenly I faced a private issue i and don’t continue the staying so i talked to them then they are so kind that they understood my situation and they refunded my money for 2 nights ,, I really appreciated their action

Our Room wasn't the biggest, but boy our Hotel was the one with biggest Heart in Paris❤️😊❤️ My birthday surprise was one of a kind and not one 5-star luxury hotel we were before did what you guys did. Thank you so so much! I will never forget it ! And to be honest after we unpacked everything and had 1 day to adapt the small room size was not an issue anymore. We were on the streets the whole day anyway😊🇫🇷

WE spent our last night in Paris at Nuage, and chose it because it was in a different location than we had previously stayed. Close to the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe but on a quieter side street, we enjoyed walking around and exploring. The reception staff were really helpful and kind, and our room was spacious with a sitting area and windows that opened out to the street. We walked past many different shops and restaurants to our dinner destination just 15 minutes away, and the area felt very safe (you are close to the Elysee Palace so there are armed guards stationed on several nearby streets!!). We requested a tea kettle for the room, which was there on arrival, and when our taxi failed to arrive in the morning the receptionist quickly called another service for us which arrived in 5 minutes. We didn't have time for breakfast but it looked really tasty and the breakfast room on the lower level was nicely lit and spacious. We have previously stayed in the 3rd, 4th and 6th arrondissements and appreciated their neighborhood feel, but this was a different and cool experience I would also recommend.

the staff was very helpful and friendly and polite,as well as very professional the location is a key to unlock Champs Elysees and the neighborhood full of lovely restaurants and chic boutiques,next to pharmacies and taxi place ,bikes and trottinettes its really near to all high lights

We thoroughly enjoyed Nuage. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. Oliver reached out soon after booking to assist us with taxis, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We had a small mishap with getting into the hotel after hours and Patricia responded swiftly and efficiently. I will certainly be recommending Nuage to friends and family and will be back in the future.
